This is a 36″ id firebrick dome using #1 and#2 arch brick for tight joints.I built this oven to add to our catering at Cloud Nine Cafe in Wapakoneta Ohio.Pizza comes out in 90 seconds or less with oven temps @ 800 to900 degrees F.
